Dear User,
If you are unable to receive the SMS verification code, please follow the troubleshooting checklist below:
### Troubleshooting Tips:
1. **Incorrect Country Code**
First, check if the country code for your mobile number is correct. If not, correct it and request the verification code again.
- Do not enter the country code manually; it must be selected from the drop-down menu.
2. **Leading Zero in Mobile Number**
Due to differences in SMS networks, mobile numbers in some regions start with "0" (e.g., Taiwan region: 886 (country code) - 093613XXXX).
- If you can’t receive the code, try removing or adding the leading "0" and request the code again.
3. **Frequent Request Restriction**
Avoid requesting the verification code too frequently within a short period. Repeated failed requests may trigger a sending restriction. Please try again later.
4. **Mobile Number Status**
Ensure your mobile number is in normal service. A suspended number or roaming status may affect SMS delivery.
5. **Login with Password**
As a precaution, set a login password for your account. This allows you to log in with the password if SMS issues occur.
6. **WeChat Login**
After registering, bind your account to WeChat. This enables you to log in via WeChat QR code if you encounter verification code issues or forget your password.
7. **Special Characters**
- Do not enter special characters (e.g., (, ), -, +) when inputting your mobile number. These characters are unrecognizable.
- Do not prefix the number with a "+".
- Do not include spaces before, in the middle, or after the number.
