Coupons FAQ

First, you need to select products and add them to your shopping cart.  

Note: You need to choose product specifications without any special offer labels in the upper left corner to use discount coupons or full-reduction coupons. Special offer products or specifications with special offer labels (such as "Daily Deal", "Buy and Get Free", "Lantern Festival Special Offer") cannot use discount coupons or full-reduction coupons.  

Second, find the coupon section in the shopping cart.  

Click on the section to enter the coupon usage page.  

Select an available coupon, or enter the obtained coupon code in the redemption section and click "Redeem Now".  

The discount will be applied automatically.  

If you find that the selected specification cannot use the discount coupon or full-reduction coupon, please delete the existing product specification in the shopping cart, refresh the page, return to place the order again, select a specification that can use the discount coupon or full-reduction coupon, and re-place the order.
