Frequently Asked Questions
About Payments
1. Payment Fails
There are many factors that may cause payment failures across different payment methods. Please do not worry—contact our customer service, explain the situation, and we will assist you in resolving the issue and completing the transaction.
Take PayPal as an example:
Common reasons for unsuccessful PayPal payments include:
- The bank card has not enabled the online payment function. Confirm with your bank that this function is activated before payment.
- Insufficient credit limit on the card.
- The payment amount exceeds the online payment limit set by the bank.
- The browser has disabled JavaScript. Re-enable this function and refresh the page.
- The browser has enabled "block pop-up dialogs." Disable this function.
- New PayPal users may be restricted from making large-value purchases.
- Frequent changes to payment websites or addresses may trigger temporary account freezes. Contact PayPal official website to unfreeze the account.
If none of the above apply but the payment still fails, we will immediately investigate internal causes. Customers who help identify the issue will receive a generous reward!
2. What is the maximum one-time spending limit on the website?
Generally, there is no upper limit on spending. However, large-value orders (e.g., over $500) may undergo necessary verification (e.g., fax or phone confirmation) to prevent hacker theft or unauthorized use of PayPal/credit cards, ensuring fund security. We appreciate your understanding for any complexity in the verification process for new customers. For orders over $500, we recommend telegraphic transfer payment—we will top up your account immediately upon receiving the transfer.
About Delivery
Why is delivery delayed?
For recharge and digital card services, we promise instant delivery after payment. However, third-party website anomalies or transaction delays may occur, and our customer service will contact you promptly to explain.
If delivery exceeds 30 minutes after payment, the order may be under review due to potential anomalies, including:
1. Incorrect payer name in PayPal payment (common due to Chinese name spelling order mistakes—please double-check when paying).
2. Abnormally large payment amount (to prevent credit card fraud, large-value payments undergo strict verification before processing).
3. Incomplete or incorrect order information (customer service will contact you to confirm details for order completion).
